DIRECTIONS FOR USE: As a food supplement for adults, one (1) to two (2) softgel capsules daily, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.

Each softgel capsule provides: Phosphatidylcholine 420mg (as fractionated soya bean lecithin)
Softgel Capsule shell: gelatin, glycerin.
