DIRECTIONS FOR USE: As a food supplement for adults, one (1) to six (6) softgel capsules daily, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.

Each softgel capsule provides: Soya Lecithin (unbleached)1200mg (providing 33mg of choline, 20mg of inositol and 25mg of phosphorus)
Softgel capsule shell: gelatin, glycerin.
