DIRECTIONS FOR USE: As a food supplement for adults, one (1) tablet daily, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Do not exceed directions for use.

Each tablet provides: Vitamin D3 (1000 IU as cholecalciferol) 25 ug

Tableted with these natural ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, mannitol, vegetable stearic acid, vegetable magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide cellulose gum, hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, riboflavin, vegetable glycerin.

Available in bottles of 90 and 180 tablets.
