As a food supplement for adults, one (1) vegetable capsule daily with juice or water , preferably at  mealtimes, or as directed by a healthcare practioner. 

Each vegetable capsule provides: 
Vitamin D3 (2200 IU, as cholecalciferol) 

Encapsulated with these natural ingredients:  Microcrystalline cellulose, vegetable magnesium stearat, silicon dixoide.
Vegetable capsule shell: hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose.
